Amanda Murrell Associates Ltd (AMA) is pleased to announce that they will be exhibiting at GESS for the first time in 2014. AMA is an award-winning group of consultants, who are experienced in coaching, mentoring, training development and delivery and are all specialists in their own right.
AMA is passionate about providing opportunities for individuals to succeed, helping them with confidence and self-esteem to be empowered to make choices, and to have a voice. And this year, aligned to the GESS conference, they have launched two first class programmes that build on these principles – “Realising your potential” and “Clarity 4D”. Managing Director, Amanda Murrell, told us “We put people at the centre of everything we do and we are confident that with support, either through the “Realising your Potential” programme or from the “Clarity 4D” workshops, everyone has the capacity and belief to make life changes for the better. A great many of the people that we work with have not had the attention and level of support to help them make better life choices; we can help them get back on track.”
And AMA already has strong connections to the Middle East, with family and associates living in Dubai, and Amanda herself is a frequent visitor, having also taken part in a UK Trade Mission to Oman, Qatar and Abu Dhabi at the end of 2013, where the “Realising your Potential” programme was piloted. She said “we had a lot of interest in the programme on the Trade Mission, as it focuses on developing the soft skills and confidence of individuals, enabling them to grow in self-belief and improving their employability.” She continued “we will support, challenge and inspire people to make changes to improve their lives, and we help people gain the skills and knowledge to help them into employment and integrate into the community – something every employer looks for from their staff.”
