I would like to introduce Michele Flynn to my team of associates that will be leading on Clarity 4D.
Michele is a dynamic professional who, over the past 24 years, has developed a career specialising in work with young people, children and families across the education and voluntary sectors. She holds a First Class BA Honours degree in Health and Social Care and achieved distinction in the OU Professional Certificate in Management. Michele has a track record in strengthening partnership working, implementing organisational change, securing financial growth and expanding service delivery in all organisations she has led and is now keen to use this expertise to support and develop other organisations and professionals, working alongside Amanda Murrell.
As CEO of the University of Bedfordshire Students’ Union she implemented a complete organisational rebrand and developed the first ever five year strategic plan and communication plan based on comprehensive membership research. As CEO of Relate Bedfordshire she secured commissioned funds from the local authority to develop and introduce family and young people’s counselling services alongside the traditional portfolio of relationship counselling and to implement an anti bullying programme in schools across Luton and Bedfordshire.
Michele was the Chair of the Voluntary Organisations Consortium in Bedfordshire for 10 years, representing voluntary organisations working with children and young people and working cohesively with the local authorities, safeguarding teams and commissioners to develop local services for children and young people. Michele also established and chaired the Bedfordshire Counselling Collective for youth counselling groups for a 4 year period.
Michele has a wealth of experience in consultation and engagement with diverse groups and is committed to ensuring the voice of the people informs decision making wherever possible. She is thrilled to have the opportunity of working alongside Amanda Murrell whom she has known and respected for many years.
