This week Amanda Murrell Associates have moved into a brand new office! It has been a move we have been planning for some time, and that time has now come. The decision to move premises is not always easy but it is a pivotal part of our expansion – without space, clarity and room for growth we may never get beyond a certain point. We recognise the need to speculate to accumulate.
Sitting in a new space can help to stimulate thinking. It also offers opportunities – new people to meet and new connections to be made, particularly over the water cooler or coffee machine. It will also be home to my team, of which I am about to recruit a new member. He or she will be based here and hopefully will feel as at ease as we do already. We also feel a lot closer to the local business community and I can tell you it is thriving in Bedford right now. Having a sense of community when you are a small or growing business is also really important to your productivity levels and motivation.
